KEY TASKS

// Coordinating the whole process from settling the contract until the end: contract documentation, invoicing, insurance, damage cases, reminder process, confirmation of termination etc.

// Assisting in insolvency proceeding, contact with debt collecting agency and lawyers

// Preparation of various reports, status monitoring

// Processing of incoming mails, scanning and filing in files

// Correspondence with customers and partners on the phone and via email

// Processing of diversified customer-specific inquiries

// Administrative activities in day-to-day business, database maintenance

// Liaise with other teams to resolve customer problems

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

// Completed general higher education

// Work experience in a similar administrative position, experience in the financial/leasing sector from advantage

// Service orientation, excellent communication and negotiating skills

// Exact and structured way of working, accountability and the ability to learn

// Team player, open-minded and pleasant to work with

// Down-to-earth personality, ready to go the extra mile

// Experienced handling of MS Office, strong IT affinity

// Fluent in Croatian AND Slovene, good English skills
