// Daily written and verbal communication with business partners regarding contracts.

// Performing daily tasks in the administration department, maintaining the database, scanning and storing documents

// Coordinating the entire process of issuing invoices and reminders

// Preparing various reports, status monitoring

// Coordinating and dealing with all legal cases, ongoing monitoring of processing statuses

// Collaborating with other departments to resolve issues with business partners.

 

 

Your foundation

 

// Completed general higher education

// Work experience in a similar administrative position is preferred but not required

// Service orientation, excellent communication and negotiating skills

// Exact and structured way of working, accountability and the ability to learn

// Strong teamwork skills with an open and collaborative attitude

// Positive mindset, open-minded and good listening abilities

// Experienced handling of MS Office, strong IT affinity

// Native in Slovene, good English skills, Croatian language skills are beneficial
