Description
As an Internal Sales Specialist, your mission is to support the sales pipeline by evaluating leasing requests, analysing customer financials, and assisting customers and resellers with Grenke services. You will help ensure timely and accurate contract processing, reduce risk, and improve profit margins while delivering a high level of service.
This role is central to both sales administration and support, working closely with internal teams, commercial partners, and customers to ensure seamless operations.
Responsibilities
- Play a key role in the centralised sales process by evaluating lease requests within your approval limits.
- Communicate decisions clearly and promptly to commercial partners within agreed SLAs.
- Ensure all credit decisions comply with company policies, standards, and KPIs.
- Escalate applications beyond your authority to management with clear recommendations.
- Support the contract settlement process, including documentation preparation and review.
- Liaise with colleagues, resellers, and customers to collect missing information or resolve queries.
- Ensure all activities are compliant with anti-money laundering, data protection, and company policies.
- Provide high-quality support to internal and external stakeholders across the contract lifecycle.
- Manage complaints professionally and ensure appropriate resolution.
- Foster strong working relationships with colleagues, resellers, and customers.
- Maintain high standards of performance and quality across all tasks.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and highly organised.
- A proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of credit principles is an advantage.
