Permanent

As “Internal Sales” your mission is to support your hub by ensuring timely assessment of leasing requests, customer financial analysis and by helping customers and resellers with their GRENKE services.

You evaluate if a lease request can be approved for a contract or rejected by checking client's financial solvency for the requested lease. Your objective is to reduce risk, enhance margin and initiate formally correct contacts; this includes ensuring documentation completeness.

At the same time you will support your sales colleagues, resellers and internal/external customers with their requests, offers, cross-selling opportunities, contract settlements and any other contract and after-sales activity.

In a normal working day you will manage a variety of situations, often at the same time like: taking calls from customers or resellers, preparing a contract, evaluating a client's balance sheet or preparing an offer. All of this ensuring performance and quality targets are achieved.

You are a friendly team player, a lateral thinker, have a positive attitude, are organized and a good listener.
