Direct Sales Manager
Objectives.
As a Direct Sales Manager you are GRENKE’s ambassador on the market. Your mission is to generate revenue by deploying GRENKE’s sales strategy with direct customers in your responsibility area.
You will identify prospects, become their trusted financial advisor, turn them into customers and nurture their relationship with GRENKE. You are a master at identifying prospects that meet GRENKE’s guidelines; you find your way to the relevant prospect’s contacts and build relationships. It is a part of your work to carry out a first evaluation of the risks and potential of the account.
You support the account during the after-sales phase helping with leasing requests and following up on the lease utilisation.
You need to be able to talk business in a calm, confident way with senior roles in various positions.
You will arrange your schedule strategically, and on a normal working day, you handle a variety of activities such as: negotiating frame agreements, contacting prospects, evaluating sales volumes, analysing solvability and visiting customers.
As a Direct Sales Manager you are able to work autonomously, can anticipate customer needs and have responsibility around the decisions concerning your customer.
Responsibilities.
- Carrying out sales processes (identifying prospects, sales "meetings", consultancy, follow-ups, final negotiations).
- "Cold-acquisition" with company tools to create new business opportunities and developing GRENKE business portfolio.
- Building long-lasting/strong partnerships with customer and interacting using the best channels available, personal and/or digital.
- Achieving quantitative and qualitative sales objectives within Grenke’s sales strategy.
- Providing solutions according to the customers’ needs and acting like a consultant.
- Consulting and training our customers to give them a complete overview and understanding of GRENKE products and process.
- Monitoring customers leasing activities using company tools.
- Participating in relevant networking events.
- Ensuring account’s satisfaction through the best customer experience.
- Complaints management
- Recording meetings and reports in GRENKE tools.
- Developing customer portfolio expenditure volumes through analysis activities (market analysis, positioning, reseller value) and actions aimed to incentive the use of the entire credit limit granted/agreed.
Requirements:
- Direct sales experience of at least three years.
- Experience managing your own diary and being on the road. We are looking for a disciplined sales person.
- Full Irish driving license.
- Strong hunt person who will actively seek out new business and new leads. You need to be passionate about sales as a discipline with strong plans to chase new opportunities for Grenke.
