Salary: €45,000-€50,000 (Pro-Rata) + bonus & excellent benefits

Description
Grenke is currently offering a fixed-term contract for an experienced Compliance Officer that can provide an excellent solution to ensure that our company stays compliant. This role offers flexibility, high-level responsibilities, and a chance to gain exposure to an international business with a well-established reputation. We’re looking for a professional who can quickly step in and maintain the integrity of our compliance operations. As Compliance Officer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the organisation meets all regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of ethics and accountability across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with Irish financial regulations and EU laws, monitor processes for adherence to AML, KYC, and other standards, and update compliance policies to align with regulatory changes.
- Internal Audits & Reporting: Conduct internal audits to assess compliance effectiveness and prepare reports for senior management and regulators.
- Regulatory Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for regulatory bodies like the Central Bank of Ireland and track regulatory updates, advising the company on necessary operational changes.
- Training & Awareness: Develop and deliver compliance training to staff on regulations, policies, and key topics like AML, KYC, and data protection.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify and manage compliance risks in leasing transactions, developing strategies to address non-compliance and ensure swift resolution.
Who are you:
- 3–5 years of proven experience in compliance, ideally within a regulated sector, demonstrating a solid understanding of industry best practices.
- Professional Diploma in Compliance (LCOI) or equivalent qualification
- In-depth knowledge of Irish regulatory frameworks and ensure company compliance.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and report-writing skills
- Clear, impactful communication with stakeholders at all levels
- Detail oriented and proactive, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of compliance.
