International Control System Officer

Job responsibilities:
- Initiating, planning and implementing the data privacy management system
- Involvement, monitoring and management of compliance projects and requirements
- Management of the tasks and projects related to prevention of money laundering, financing of terrorism
  and fraud
- Assessment of relevant risks and development of new security measures
- Optimization of procedures and update procedural instructions and guidelines Implementation of new
  regulatory requirements
- Prepare and deliver training to all employees
- Cooperation with international Compliance- and AML-Officer Reporting of suspicious cases
- Report to the country and group management
- Respond to inquiries from the regulating authorities and accompany internal and external audits
- Quality Management (QM), internal audits and cooperation with QM department in the Headquarter

Requirements:
- University degree in business administration, economics, law or related areas
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in relevant areas 
- Analytical mindset
- You are positive and communicative
- You are diplomatic, dynamic and always keep a cool head.
- You have a very good knowledge of Dutch, French and English, spoken and written.
