Tasks: 

- Processing supplier invoices
- Follow-up of unpaid invoices  
- Management of invoice processing and archiving
- Processing of incoming mail & emails
- Phone calls
- Return of equipment
- Follow-up of claims
- Responsibility for contract transfers and mergers
- Notice of default, termination.

Profile: 

- You enjoy administrative tasks
- You are bilingual in French and Dutch and have a good knowledge of English 
- You like telephone contacts and you are commercially minded 
- You have a good analytical mind 
- You are proactive and result-oriented
- You are structured and organised
- You are dynamic, diplomatic and professional in all situations and you know how to distance yourself from problems
- You are a team player and have a sense of priority
