In this pivotal role, you will be a key player in ensuring seamless financial tracking, contract management, client and partner communications, and providing essential support to our daily operations
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with our clients and partners to foster collaboration and business growth;

Build and sustain robust connections with suppliers, ensuring effective communication and efficient collaboration;

Oversee the issuance of invoices to clients and suppliers, guaranteeing accuracy and timely processing;

Respond promptly to inbound phone calls and emails, providing excellent customer service at all times;

Manage all aspects of contracts from initiation to expiration, ensuring compliance and renewals are handled smoothly;

Organize and maintain document archiving to facilitate easy retrieval and compliance with company policies;

Monitor overdue payments and coordinate necessary collection actions in a professional manner;

Perform various administrative tasks to support the team, enhancing overall productivity and effectiveness
Desired Profile:

Educational background in administration or business is a plus;

A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B commercial relationships, demonstrating effective collaboration skills;

Fluency in both French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills;

Exceptional organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work independently;
